Pics from our MMA Class on Saturday. This class is 10:30 - 12:00 noon every Saturday. Sparring usually starts on the knees, ok to strike head and body, sparring level of contact, not 100%. Classes usually start with 6 3 min. rounds on the bags, then ab work, then the MMA rounds are 3 min. each. On this day we also worked on straight Muay Thai, we sparred for about 6 rounds. On this day, the total number of rounds, including bags was about 12 per fighter.
